Sales Taxes

Our main location is in Arizona, though all our products may not ship directly out of Arizona. By law we are required by Arizona state to collect taxes from buyers who reside in Arizona. At this moment we do not collect taxes from other states.

Processing and Shipping Information:

All orders within the 48 continental states ships for Free.

Products ships by UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. When placing an order please provide us with a physical mailing address.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination.

When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order:

Orders received are processed for shipment within 24 hrs. Usually process time is with a few hours of your order being place. Processing an order, does not mean it will ship out on the same day.

Most orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after process time. If product takes longer then this time frame, we state it in products.

Orders placed on Friday, weekends, and holidays to not process till the next business day.

UPS does not deliver packages on weekends except for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Saturday Delivery. Expectations of delivery varies from location to location. Once shipped out, most packages are received within 3-11 business days by grounds.

Order Tracking:

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your receipt and confirmation.  Please keep the email sent to you until delivery of package(s).

On the main front page of For Your Chef, you can retrieve your delivery status  by Track Your Order page. You will need to enter your order ID and  billing email, that you received in your email. You can then track your order with UPS or FedEx depending on how your order was shipped.

If you do not receive your confirmation email please contact us so we may provide this to you. Make sure you entered in an active, valid email before submitting an order.
