Returns/Refund Policy

Please contact us so we may assist you in your return or exchange. RMA will be needed for returned packages. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of time delivered to you. If received defective/damaged or an error on our part contact us within 48 hours for receiving package.

If received product as a result is a result of our error only (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.) we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return back to us.

If package has more then one item, and not all are broken/damages – we will ship you out a replacement for only the broken/damaged products.

Pictures are required of defective/damaged items before returns or replacements. Replacements will be sent once pictures are received of the damaged/defective product. Please submit picture of box and broken item inside and outside of box if received damaged products.

Non-defective/Non-damaged return items will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from original price. We do not give a prepaid return shipping label non-defective/non-damaged returns. Return shipping label is on your cost.

Items must be received in same condition (sealed/boxed/unused) and original box received in for refund given. Sealed packages that been opened are not able to be returned or refunded. Products must be in same condition shipped out to you. After receiving back and not in same conditions we shipped out to you the refund will be voided, not refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 to 5 business days once package is returned and been inspected. Non-defective/non-damaged products returns will have the 20% restocking fee minuses from refund.

It may take up to (3 to 10 business days) for your bank to process our refund request, and you to see it back in your account.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.

–Orders over 30 days from time of delivery.
–Perishable, food products may not be returned if seal broken or package been cut opened.
–Special orders, any customized orders, which have business logos, names, words imprinted on items.
–Products returned not in same new condition, retail package and shipping package as received will not be refunded.
–We can not accept product returns if you used the products.
