Spinach Avocado Tangerine Salad

Ingredients

  • -1 pound fresh spinach
  • -1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
  • -2 tangerines (pealed/separated in segments)
  • -1 avocado (pealed and slices)
  • -1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • -3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • -1 teaspoon honey
  • -1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • -1/2 teaspoon salt
  • -1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • -1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • -4 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  • Tear fresh spinach into bite size pieces.
  • Combine spinach, mushrooms, tangerines and avocado in serving bowl.
  • Combine in small bowl - vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, honey, celery salt, salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Pour oil mixture over spinach mixture and toss.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
